stylized enameled leaves,
hinged lid and curled handle.  Cobalt glass insert and replacement sterling spoon.

MARKS: Marked on lid and underside for English sterling, year 1902, "GLC" in shamrock, maker's mark obscuring city mark
CONDITION:
Overall very good, minor wear, tiny dings and nibbles to glass insert. Spoon not original.
