Bosshard Electric hereby assigns this eBay seller permission to sell this new unopened item, on their behalf, as if Bosshard Electric LLC is the seller. In fact Bosshard Electric LLC is the end recipient of funds.
Ebay may deduct seller fees and collect sales tax when and where appropriate.
In keeping with the Authorized Dealer Agreement, this item is being sold as an INSTALATION granting the purchaser (OR WINNING BIDDER)  the right of self-installation in their studio of choice.
According to the terms of the agreement, his item is fully warranted.
This item may only be sold in the United States
.  This warranty is granted only to the original purchaser of record. The purchaser of record shall be the name of the person who's account is registered as the winning bidder or buyer. The warranty is not transferrable.
Upon purchase of this item Bosshard LLC shall submit with the packing slip an invoice marking the date of sate and name and address of purchaser, who shall be the original holder of the warranty.
Any subsequent resale or purchase by any individual or dealer for resale, authorized or not, shall void the warranty. Transshipping is not permitted under the original agreement.
