    Description

    For sale is a boxed set of eight 830S Norwegian silver demitasse spoons in a grouse or ptarmigan pattern #219 by Th. Marthinsen. The spoons are 4 inches long and together they weigh 64 grams.  The handles have a tree-trunk stem and a grouse finial as shown.  The spoons have not been monogrammed.  The pieces are marked “TH. MARTHINSEN STERLING / NORWAY 219”  The spoons come in their original white paper box with white velvet liner, stamped “MADE IN NORWAY” on a ribbon inside the lid.
    Condition on the spoons is very good.  They are just lightly used.  The box has numerous exterior spots and some surface tears.  A fine set of spoons.
