TIBETAN PRAYER WHEEL, Gold Tone in Luxury Case, wood handle

Beautiful, unusual Gold Tone TIBETAN PRAYER WHEEL (see photos).  Comes in luxury box case.  Item was a gift from a Tibetan artist to me and has never been used except to test the wheel.  I do not see any flaws or damage except for the small chips off the wooden handle which you can see in the photos.  It has been stored since receipt in the case.
